📌 How to Request Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their Padho Delhi account by clicking the button below. This option is available inside the app under Home -> Profile.

⏱ Deletion Timeframe

Once confirmed, your account will be deleted immediately and permanently.

Name and profile details
Mobile number and email address
Exam records and test history
Orders / purchase history
Wallet balance and transaction data

Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please clear any remaining wallet balance before proceeding.
